What TR-707 Does
Roland starts with the original TR-707 sample ROM and models its output circuitry to recreate the machine’s 8-bit and 6-bit PCM character. The plugin includes all 15 original sounds and 64 original patterns, plus new kits and a deeper sequencer.
Sound and Workflow
Use its tuning, decay, PCM clock, and circuit-drive controls to push patterns beyond the original hardware. It is a Roland Cloud software instrument; installation and activation require an account and internet connection.
