What PlexiTape Does
Audiority models the Maestro Echoplex EP-3, including its tape, motor, FET preamp, and playback heads. The plugin adds a stereo double-delay line, tempo sync, and sound-on-sound operation.
Sound and Workflow
Dial in vintage tape echo or bypass the repeats to use the tape and preamp purely for coloration. The source machine is a solid-state tape echo, not a bucket-brigade delay.
