What Field Modulation Does
Rephazer includes four multisampled pianos and 55 single-sampled instruments sourced from a personal sample library, focusing on Yamaha DX-style FM synths, early samplers, and ROMplers. The set combines sampled sounds with modern effects.
Sound and Workflow
Load the piano instruments into an OP-1 Field drum sampler channel and the remaining sounds into its synth sampler channel. The maker says the pack is not yet fully compatible with OP-XY; use it for OP-1 Field.
Analog Gold Take
Choose this for early-digital FM and ROMpler character on the OP-1 Field, not for an OP-XY instrument library.
