What Elektron Octatrack MKII Does
The Octatrack MKII is an eight-stereo-track sampler sequencer built for live performance and demanding sample transformation. It combines instant stereo sampling with eight MIDI tracks, two insert effects per audio track, three LFOs per track, and a contactless performance crossfader.
Sound and Workflow
Capture incoming audio, then time stretch, pitch shift, sequence, and reshape it through effects and Scenes during a performance. Four external inputs, balanced main and cue outputs, MIDI, and USB support a central role in a hardware setup.
