Audiority recreates the Binson Echorec T7E, which used magnetic wire wound around a spinning drum rather than tape transport. Four playback heads and 12 head combinations supply varied rhythmic echoes.
Choose Classic, Varispeed, or Sync playback, with control over drum age, speed, hum, and individual heads. It can also work as a preamp when the delay extension is set to zero.
Pick this for a magnetic-drum echo sound; tagging it as tape emulation would blur a useful distinction.
